Dance with the Birds 2004
 
Dance with the Birds 2004, the 5th Bird Dance and Bird Model Making Competition was completed on March 20, 2004, at Queen Elizabeth Stadium. The captioned event was organized by the Conservancy Association, and is the first wetland educational programme with birds as its main theme in Hong Kong.

A thousand students from over 70 kindergartens, primary and secondary schools entered into the competitions. More than 5,000 teachers, parents and the general public joined the event. The event comprised 'Bird Dance Competition' (Kindergarten Session); 'Bird Drama Competition' (Primary School Session); 'Bird Carnival' Bird Simulation Competition (Secondary Session) and 'Bird Model Making Competition' (Primary and Secondary School Session).
 
Dance with the Birds 2005
 
'Dance with the Birds' is the most popular wetland education programme for students in Hong Kong. It is highly recommended by government officials from the Education and Manpower Bureau because the programme delivers a new study environment for the participants. In order to continue our effort for delivering such a meaningful and educational programme next year, we are now raising funds for the event. To run the programme smoother and make it more exciting, the event would be split into two sessions: new elements would be added to primary and secondary session to make it more attractive; three preliminary competitions would be added for schools from Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories respectively, to satisfy the needs of schools. We hope we will meet you in Dance with the Birds 2005.
